He has contributed to transportation and infrastructure projects totaling over $300 million in combined construction value and currently serves as an active Construction Superintendent for a heavy and highway contractor.

Troy has direct experience delivering projects under the specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the New York State Department of Transportation, with expertise in bridge rehabilitation, structural concrete, drainage systems, and environmental compliance. His leadership emphasizes safety, schedule control, and strict adherence to DOT standards.
